DIRECTIONS
You can meet your guide and get the equipment you will need
at:
Rock and Snow, 44 Main ST. New Paltz,

If you don't drive, you can take a bus
from NYC to New Paltz and meet us at Rock and Snow. For info check

To get to Rock and Snow from the South:
• Take the NYS Thruway (I-87) North to exit 18 (New Paltz).
• After the toll make a left at the light onto Rt 299W.
• Follow Rt 299W through four lights.
• At the fourth light you are at the intersection of Rt 32N (on
you right), Rt 208S (on your left), and Rt 299W (straight ahead).
• Go through the light and turn left at the next road on your left - Wurt's Ave.
• Make a left at the first driveway on your left. Drive straight back into the rear parking lot and park on the left in the area marked "Rock & Snow Parking Only".
• From the parking lot, walk back up the street (RT 299)
into Rock and Snow.
• After we meet here, we’ll carpool about 8 miles west to
the climbing area.
