Driving Directions
For our programs in the Shawangunks and Catskills, you can meet us at:
Rock and Snow

To get to Rock and Snow from the South:
• Take the NYS Thruway (I-87) North to exit 18 (New Paltz).
• After the toll make a left at the light onto RT 299W.
• Follow RT 299W through four lights.
• At the fourth light you are at the intersection of Rt 32N (on
you right),
Rt 208S (on your left), and Rt 299W (straight ahead).
• Go through the light and turn left at the next road on your left - Wurt's Ave.
• Make a left at the first driveway on your left. Drive straight back into the rear parking lot and park on the left in the area marked "Rock & Snow Parking Only".
• From the parking lot, walk back up the street (RT 299)
into Rock and Snow.
• After we meet here, we’ll carpool about 8 miles west to
the climbing area.
To get to Rock and Snow from the North:

For group programs, we may meet the Peter's Kill Climbing Area, Minnewaska State Park, NY. If we plan to meet there, here are directions:
From NYS Thruway exit 18 (New Paltz)
take a left off the ramp onto 299W.
Proceed through town downhill and over the bridge and out past the corn fields several miles to where 299W intersects with 44/55.
Take a right on 44/55W and proceed approximately 5 miles to the Peterskill Area Entrance on the Right
