guests to them. They are always well stocked and have employees who are
avid users of the specialty equipment they sell. The friendly, expert

Owned and operated by hard-core climbers, this is the shop on the East
to get all your climbing hardware. They have the largest selection of
harnesses, carabiners, ice tools, rock shoes, etc. They also have a great
supply of rental equipment such as rock shoes, helmets, plastic boots,
crampons, ice tools, and x/c skis.
This is where we meet our guests for the courses we run in the Gunks and
