All participants are required to complete a Health History Form and a Participation Agreement. We ask for full disclosure of your current health - the information you provide may assist in the unlikely event of an accident. Therefore, before you fill these forms out, please read them carefully; full and accurate completion of all sections is very important.

Current climbing members receive a $17 discount for days we climb on the Mohonk Preserve. You are required to bring to the membership card with you on the day we climb, otherwise regular fees will be charged. To become a member please visit: http://www.mohonkpreserve.org/index.php?individual

DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION INFORMATION:
We require a 50% deposit for your reservation (for groups of 8 or more, we require a $500 deposit). Please refer to our Rates and Reservation. Our cancellation policy requires notification at least 7 days prior to your day for rescheduling or at least 14 days prior to your day for a refund. Please view our Cancellation Policy in detail.

For all reservations made with less than four weeks notice, we require the deposit to be with a credit card. If you are making a deposit with more than four weeks notice, you can also choose to send us a check payable to: Alpine Endeavors, P.O. Box 58, Rosendale, NY 12472

To help expedite your paperwork and allow you more time on the cliff, please download, print, and fill out our Health History and Liability Forms and hand them to your guide the morning you meet. You can also find Directions and a Gear List for the type of climbing you are doing. If you are a group planning to come up, you can also find the Minnewaska Park Release and the Stone Mountain Farm Release, Map, and Camping Rules on here as well. Please direct all participants and observers who will be attending to this page so they can obtain copies of the forms as well. Any participant under the age of 18 needs to have the forms signed by their parent or legal guardian.
